In NAWIC, we believe that each woman and her job are important. There is no distinction among the membership as to the importance of one woman's job over another. NAWIC is a member-driven organization with governance by representative using an elected Board of Directors at both the Chapter and National level. The organization is self-governing, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan, and has no affiliation with any religious, fraternal or labor group.

We envision a construction industry wherein women provide women with the support needed to engender development, both personal and professional. Our actions and participation in the community are here to provide a foundation upon which those that follow us can build.

Here at NAWIC Chapter #122, we leverage networking and events to fuel our scholarships that have and continue to generate resources that enable new and existing talent to invest in themselves through education and leadership development in the construction industry.

NAWIC is an international non-profit association that promotes and supports the advancement and employment of women in the construction industry. Since its founding, NAWIC has grown to a membership of 5,500 women with more than 160 chapters. NAWIC also has International Affiliate Chapters in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
