Letter from the Chapter President
Thank you for visiting the website of the National Association of Women in Construction, Chapter #122, based in Tucson, Arizona!
At NAWIC, we envision a construction industry where women uplift and empower one another, encouraging and celebrating both personal and professional growth. Our chapter is committed to building a strong foundation for future generations through community engagement, mentorship, and leadership. Whatever your vision may be, if it’s connected to the world of construction, NAWIC is here to support you.
Here in Tucson, Chapter #122 proudly hosts networking events and fundraisers that directly support our scholarship programs. These scholarships provide vital resources for women pursuing education and leadership development in the construction field, whether they’re just starting out or advancing their careers.
NAWIC is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the success and advancement of women in the construction industry. Since its founding, NAWIC has grown to include over 6,000 members across more than 120 chapters nationwide.
We invite you to explore, connect, and grow with us. Together, we’ll pave the road to success for women in construction, today and for generations to come.
Warm regards,
Meredith Alarcio-Caldon
2026-2027 President
