Speaker: Nikole (Ho mont) Haumont is a businesswoman, speaker and consultant. She is also a devoted wife to Simon, mom to her son Lincoln, and fur mom to Josie a Boston Terrier/Beagle mix dog. Nikole is the founder and principal designer at Shield Bar Marketing – a boutique marketing firm that helps service based businesses create and maintain a consistent, branded look across all assets. Her team provides logo design, website design, marketing graphic design, email marketing and social media management services.

Nikole co-founded the Advantage Alliance Business Referral Networking group in the Green Valley Sahuarita area. She is also the co-chair of the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce Advertising and Marketing committee. The Haumont’s relocated to Sahuarita, Arizona in the fall of 2017. The previous 10 years they had called Cedar Rapids, Iowa home. They met in Rapid City, South Dakota where Simon was going to college and Nikole was co-founder of Today’s Horse Magazine.  

Nikole will be sharing stories and anecdotes from growing up on the family ranches located in the windswept plains of Montana/Wyoming/South Dakota, and what those experiences taught her about business.
