Speaker: Ashleigh Potuznik, Workforce Development Senior Manager at NCCER

Ashleigh Potuznik is a Workforce Development Senior Manager for NCCER in Alachua, Florida. Prior to joining the Workforce Development team, Ashleigh was the Build Your Future (BYF) manager where she focused on educating youth, displaced workers and veterans about the rewarding careers available in the industry. While in this role, she also was responsible for building partnerships with industry associations, contractors and states. Currently, Ashleigh promotes NCCER’s mission as she converses with organizations and schools about NCCER’s industry-recognized training programs, accreditation guidelines and promotes industry-education connections. Ashleigh was a Career and Technical Education instructor in the Phoenix area for several years and worked for Pearson and Goodheart-Wilcox where she helped secondary schools implement training programs for all Career and Technical Education sectors.

Ashleigh holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point in secondary education and psychology.
