Every one of us carries a boardroom full of voices—leader, critic, caregiver, exhausted, driven, fearful. In high-pressure careers and busy personal lives, the loudest voice often makes the decisions for us. In this powerful and relatable talk, Kelly Thrush shares how learning to recognize those voices, manage the noise, and intentionally choose who gets a seat at the table can transform leadership, relationships, and everyday decision-making.
