Natalie DeRoock, MS, leads the Public Affairs Division at Tucson Water, where she serves as a senior advisor and advances major infrastructure priorities through government affairs, strategic communications, and regional partnerships. Her career has spanned public service, policy research at the University of Arizona, and global public affairs for the U.S. Department of State. A National Science Foundation co-awardee, Natalie is known for translating complex infrastructure challenges into public trust and bringing diverse interests together around shared outcomes. She is passionate about women’s leadership and the importance of creating opportunities for women to be seen, heard, and valued in the rooms where consequential decisions are made.
